Banting, Bliss, & Beyond Symposium

Toronto Medical Historical Club

I helped to organize a symposium held at the University of Toronto May 3-4, 2022 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the discovery of insulin in 1921-22. We welcomed a wonderful list of speakers from many countries and had many fruitful discussions.

I presented a paper entitled “Where Credit is Due: Collip’s contribution,” on May 3 as well as the closing summary on May 4.
